The Secretary of State for the Environment, Federico Ramos and the General Manager of the Gas Natural Fenosa Foundation, Pedro-A. Fábregas  held a meeting today at the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment located in the Plaza de San Juan de la Cruz in Madrid.
