Gas Museum
 
Natural Gas Foundation is building the Gas Museum in the nineteenth century listed building where electricity is produced from gas. This building, located in central Plaça del Gas de Sabadell, was designed in 1899 by modernist architect Juli Batllevell and commission came from Joan Brugge, owner of Energy, S. in C company, which in 1913 became part of Catalana de Gas y Electricidad SA, former name of Gas Natural Group. Today the building is protected by the Special Plan Heritage Sabadell (PEPPS) and the refurbishment and part new construction and interior museology, run by the Architects Varis study led by renowned architect and Dani museographer Freixes.
